New INS Forms and Filing Fees – File the Right Version and the correct fee!

  • New Immigration Laws

In the past, I used to laboriously update this page to include changes to the forms and filing fees for various INS (USCIS) applications. Given the rapidly changing USCIS forms and fees, it makes no sense to keep up in this race and risk giving you readers the incorrect information. So I would now simply refer you to the official USCIS website to check on the latest version of the USCIS form and the latest fees required by the USCIS. You may also want to read my article New Direct Mail Filing process for Family Based Immigrant Visa and Adjustment cases which is also on this website. The USCIS link for their forms and filing fee information is http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/index.htm I recommend you check both the above resources before filing any application yourself! All the best!
