It should not come as a surprise, but the Trump administration has admitted that it considers all undocumented aliens in the United States to be “Criminal“. That’s how the Trump campaign invented its’ claim that America was being overrun by “millions and millions“ of criminals. And not just garden-variety criminals, mind you, but the worst kind. Murderers, rapists, “very bad people“.
Of course, that is a deliberate misstatement of the real facts.
Criminals are people who have been convicted of a criminal offense. The only infraction that the vast majority of these undocumented aliens has committed is a civil offense: that of entering the country without appropriate documentation.
In contrast, there are actual convicted felons within the current administration, who, simply because they are US citizens, cannot be deported.
So, real facts versus fake facts: real facts don’t lie. Those who propagate fake facts are, in fact, lying.
